Having a coach to make your training program and give you planned sessions isn’t cheap so you want to ensure you get the maximum benefit from this investment. It’s the new year and you have probably already set out your goals for 2019. With those locked in it’s time to work out how you’re going to reach them, and having a coach can certainly help. We are presuming you’ve already committed and chosen a coach you want to work with, either on a one to one basis or as part of a club.
